I'd love to see an option for admin/mods to simply approve comments directly from the forum rather than the moderation panel (which is not very convenient to access all the time). 

On a side note, I notice that when a comment needs to be moderated, ALL comments from the same user appear in the moderation queue - I'd like the option to only require single comments be moderated so that it doesn't look like the entire user account has been flagged.
