i see spam registration how do i stop them by using CAPTCHA ?

I had the same issue and solved with WP-SpamShield, a free plugin that seems to be working great.

About registration you can use Captcha or SI Captcha Anti-Spam plugin so you can avoid bots. Also you can add optionally email confirmation so
only people with authenticated emails will be registered following the steps below:
From wordpress admin page ->Click Forums->Settings->choose Features and find "Enable User Registration email confirmation" , Click Yes
