No AI Assitent widget on forum

We've got it running on our dev site but struggling with the indexing. Our forum is 10m posts. But I can't seem to find the AI Widget or the Chat bot visible on the front end. We are on the business subscription with lots of credits. Other AI features are visible like a 'summarise' button and 'translate'. What am I missing?

We have 3.0 installed on our dev and I'm getting my head around it all. Our forum is very big. We have over 10m posts and 550k topics. There's the option in the settings to use AWS cloud for forums that are larger than 100k. I've selected that. But what exactly does that do? What is being shipped to the cloud and what is not?

I believe that to relaunch and encourage users to use WpForo 3, it should have a free basic version (like now) and then a Pro version with all the options (add-ons).
I find having to purchase add-ons separately counterproductive, also because it makes the forum very expensive. If a user wants to spend a lot, they end up opting for xenforo (which objectively is the undisputed best forum today).

I don't know how many add-ons are sold (and, more importantly, how many are renewed), but I believe a Pro license at a reasonable cost would be purchased by a good percentage of WpForo users.

I recently came across the new Automated Topic Generation feature,

and I'm genuinely impressed by the direction you're taking with AI-powered forum management.

I'd like to humbly suggest a potential enhancement regarding the Frequency and Topics Per Run settings. Currently, it appears that topics can be scheduled by day, but I was wondering

Would it be possible to also allow users to specify the exact time at which the topic generation runs?

I'm asking because the feature is still in beta,

and I haven't been able to apply and test it directly on my live site yet, so I wanted to reach out before diving in.

If time-based scheduling could be implemented, it would be wonderful to have:

Specific time slots for when each topic generation run is triggered (e.g., 9:00 AM, 3:00 PM)
Custom intervals between topics when multiple topics are generated per run (e.g., generate one topic every 2 hours rather than all at once), so the content appears more organic and natural to forum members

This level of granularity would make the feature significantly more powerful for communities that want to maintain a consistent, natural-looking posting rhythm throughout the day.

P.S. My community is configured to allow anonymous users to post. However, I was wondering if there is already a feature that allows administrators to view the IP address of anonymous post authors for moderation purposes — or if this is something I may have simply overlooked in the settings. If such functionality doesn't exist yet, it would be a very valuable addition for community managers who need to handle spam or abuse from anonymous users. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been exploring the wpForo 3.0 Beta Test, and I must say it’s exciting to see how the platform is evolving. The introduction of AI-powered features like semantic search, topic suggestions, and automated moderation has huge potential for improving user engagement and content quality.

One thing I’d really like to see improved is the overall design flexibility. While the performance and features are impressive, the UI still feels a bit similar to previous versions. A more modern look or customizable themes (especially a proper dark mode) would be a great addition.

Also, the idea of weekly summary emails highlighting trending discussions sounds very useful for re-engaging inactive users.

Overall, the beta looks promising, and I’m looking forward to seeing how these features evolve before the final release. Great work by the team!

AI Assistant self-awareness

I was just testing the AI Assistant on the wpdiscuz forums and noticed that it is not aware of its own capabilities for users. I asked it what AI features are available to me and it didn't know (see attached screenshot).

I would recommend that the assistant be aware of the AI features enabled for users on the forums because IMHO it's an easy way to help users understand what they can do, and it could provide self-help for them.

is there any way instead of making each ai task for a user, that one task e.g topic generator can be between a selected amount of users randomly, but selected within the same settings for specifying ai task user post

I was wondering, apart from wpforo 3 using existing knowledge on the forums, would it be possible to add additional "backend" docs (PDFs, Word, etc.) that the AI can learn and use when replying to posts?
