gVectors AI does not scrape websites and does not use any forum content to train AI models.

Here's how the system actually works:

1. Explicit opt-in only: Content is only processed when a site administrator explicitly connects their forum to gVectors AI and manually triggers content indexing from the WordPress admin panel.
   
   
2. No model training: We use pre-trained AI models from Amazon Bedrock (Amazon's AI service). Your forum content is never used to train or fine-tune any AI models. The content is converted to mathematical vectors (embeddings) solely to power search and AI features for your forum only.
   
   
3. Local storage option: You can choose to store all embeddings directly in your own WordPress database. With this option, your data never leaves your server, only the API calls to generate embeddings are sent to the cloud, and the resulting vectors are stored locally on your server.
4. Complete tenant isolation if you select Cloud storage: Each forum's data is stored in a completely separate, isolated index. Forum A cannot access Forum B's data under any circumstances.
   
   
5. Your data stays yours: Content embeddings are used only to provide AI features (semantic search, topic suggestions, etc.) for that specific forum. We act as a Data Processor, not a Data Controller.
   
   
6. Deletion on request: When you disconnect from gVectors AI or delete your account, all your indexed content and embeddings are permanently deleted.
