I have included some screenshots. You say that you are handling seo on the backend with your plugin, but how can I get rid of these errors? I have included screenshots of what I am seeing. And yes, this was run right after performing all your maintenance actions. I ran every one of your mainenace actions, and then I ran the test.

** We have a RV camping club that uses wpforo as our private forum. It is too cumbersome for our members to subscribe to every topic. As an admin we wanted to help them. Warning!!!! This worked for us - if you use this be sure you clearly understand its use and you have done a complete database backup. We do not provide support but offer it as an alternative for our specific application.

** RESOLVED **
📋 Community Guide: How to Bulk-Subscribe All Members to All Topics/Forums in wpForo Natively via phpMyAdmin

The Problem: By default, wpForo's built-in subscriptions operate on a multi-tier system. If a user subscribes to a parent Forum, they only get an alert when a brand-new topic is posted. They do not automatically get email updates for replies inside those topics unless they go in and manually subscribe to every single thread. For elderly users or less tech-savvy communities, walking members through this setup can be impossible.

The Solution: You can bypass this restriction completely by interacting directly with your WordPress database using phpMyAdmin. By running a few INSERT queries with CROSS JOIN and safety filters, you can globally link every registered member to every parent forum and internal topic simultaneously—without creating duplicates or disrupting existing subscriptions.

⚠️ Step 0: Create a Safety Backup First: Before touching any live database, always export a safety backup of your subscription table:

In phpMyAdmin, click on your wp_wpforo_subscribes table. Click the Export tab at the top menu. Keep the export method as Quick and format as SQL, then click Go/Export to download the backup file.

🚀 Step 1: The "One-Pass" Universal Sync Script

Click the SQL tab at the top of your phpMyAdmin screen while inside your database. Paste the following two query blocks together into the text window and hit Go. This script maps every single user account to every single topic and forum category in your database. It automatically generates the random confirmation hash keys that wpForo requires, sets the light switch to Active (1), maps their login names and emails so they never miss an alert, and uses a safety filter (WHERE NOT EXISTS) to completely skip any data that is already matched up.

-- PASS A: Link all members to all internal topics (Forces reply email notifications)

INSERT INTO wp_wpforo_subscribes (userid, itemid, type, active, confirmkey, user_name, user_email)
SELECT u.ID, t.topicid, 'topic', 1, MD5(CONCAT(u.ID, '-', t.topicid, '-', RAND())), u.user_login, u.user_email
FROM wp_users u
CROSS JOIN wp_wpforo_topics t
WHERE NOT EXISTS (
SELECT 1 FROM wp_wpforo_subscribes s
WHERE s.userid = u.ID
AND s.itemid = t.topicid
AND s.type = 'topic'
);

-- PASS B: Link all members to all parent forums (Forces new topic creation email alerts)

INSERT INTO wp_wpforo_subscribes (userid, itemid, type, active, confirmkey, user_name, user_email)
SELECT u.ID, f.forumid, 'forum', 1, MD5(CONCAT(u.ID, '-', f.forumid, '-', RAND())), u.user_login, u.user_email
FROM wp_users u
CROSS JOIN wp_wpforo_forums f
WHERE NOT EXISTS (
SELECT 1 FROM wp_wpforo_subscribes s
WHERE s.userid = u.ID
AND s.itemid = f.forumid
AND s.type = 'forum'
);

🧼 Step 2: Clean Up Legacy Blanks (Optional but Recommended): If users have previously managed to manually subscribe to things on the front end of your website, wpForo natively leaves their user_name and user_email database text columns entirely blank to save physical table room. To clean up your table look and prevent potential server-side mailer hitches, run this final query to copy across real usernames and emails into any blank database fields:

UPDATE wp_wpforo_subscribes s
JOIN wp_users u ON s.userid = u.ID
SET s.user_name = u.user_login, s.user_email = u.user_email
WHERE s.user_email IS NULL OR s.user_email = '';

🔄 Future Maintenance: Because the queries use a strict safety check, this entire guide turns into a reusable Maintenance Routine. Whenever you launch a new forum category, create a fresh monthly topic thread, or register a new wave of community members, you can simply run the script in Step 1 again. It will automatically pinpoint the newest changes, fill in the blanks instantly, and leave all your historical data perfectly untouched.

**** Hope this helps someone. ☺
