Hi, I do not want the users of my forum to register to create proven topics.

How do I correct this?

Dashboard/Forums/Settings/Forum Access. Edit the setting for Standard Access, uncheck "Can set own topic private". Do the same for any custom access groups you want to remove the permission from.
