wpForo creates a new forum page if it doesn't find its original page. If you don't have any important data yet, I recommend uninstall wpForo, delete all configurations, forums and topics and install it again. You should use the button instead of to remove all forum data and configurations.

Then delete all pages connected to forum (which includes wpforo word, just search for wpforo word)

Then install wpForo again and find the original forum page and use it for your forum page.

If you cannot uninstall it, then you should send admin login details to infogvectors.com email address and explain the issues as short as possible in a list. We'll login and check it within a week.

Robert I spoke too soon. It really worked for a while then I tried a tablet test and the page presented to me had the menu, none of my page customizations, and "only" . This morning I reconnected from PC and a new WPforo page was automatically created (now there are three: my custom one, the second with slug community-2, and the third with slug community-3). Mystery? I haven't made any changes since last night!

But the even more curious thing is that my Avada page personalizes, in "edit" I see it with all the customizations, but if I "ask" the preview comes out only wpfpro (is this a miracle?).

Sorry to bother you but I am very curious to understand why all this happens. I am available to let you enter as an admin in my wordpress. Thank you

But I haven't created another one. I customized the one created automatically by wpforo. But when I choose some item of the wpforo menu, it opens to me in a page that is NO longer personalized and with the main menu of the site. I still fixed it by reinstalling the plugin

Please don't play with forum pages. You have already a forum page, and you don't need to create another one. Please delete your created page and customize the first/existing forum page. Just search for "wpforo" word in Dashboard > Pages admin page and find the original forum page, edit it and manage theme options.

Hello, sorry maybe I'm getting lost in a glass of water.
I created a page with the Avada theme without any menus. I entered shortcode and everything works fine.
However, when I choose an item from the WPFORO menu, the "result" (for example members) is presented to me correctly BUT in a page with the main menu of the theme and without the customizations I made on the page. In practice, only the WPFORO "page" appears with the main menu of the theme.
How do I keep the one I created without the menu as the base page?
