Sure, the search feature will be improved soon. We'll create a built-in topic and post indexing system to make search smarter and faster. I have no ETA yet, but it'll be added in near future releases.

Search feature is too weak. It's too hard to see.

I hope forum's search feature become strong and clear to see.

In addition, I agree with the OP's opinion that it needs standalone search bar instead of being embedded in the menu bar.

Please specify what kind of search bar you mean? Do you mean separate page for search?

Similar to the widget search bar but where you could place it above the main forum. Then, it would show first when viewed on a mobile.

I was wondering if there are plans in the future to have a stand alone search bar other than the widget or the one embedded in the menu bar ... that would stretch across the top of the main forum 😎
