The User Role syncing was mentioned with different mean in last posts. We were talking about one role system for WP and wpForo. this is a different task and will be done in future. This is only for WordPress paid membership plugins. But for the regular Wp / wpForo usage all is ok and all roles/usergroups are already synced well.

I'm sorry but not yet, the upcoming 1.4.3 version doesn't have this feature yet. This will be probably induced in 1.4.4 or in 1.4.5 version.

Ok, now I see what you mean, thank you for detailed explanation. wpForo Usergroup system with Forum Access system extends forum permission and allows to control users actions very well. Each usergroup is attached to according WordPress role. For example Registered usergroup has Subscriber role, etc...

These are independent relationship. When you change WP role it doesn't change wpForo Usergroup and vice versa. So here comes the problem of Paid membership plugins. You're not the firs wpForo user who report this issue. We've already started working on this and are planning to make wpForo Usergroups dynamic connection with WP roles next month. I'm sorry but at the moment the only way is changing usergroups manually till we add this function in core.

I got a plugin installed called Membership Pro Ultimate WP. Where I got a paid subscription plan, I think what people want is to be able to upgrade the usergroup by using third party plugins such as mine. 

As far as I understand, when my members get my paid Subscription I will also have to manually upgrade them to ''Premium Member'' inside the forum? 

They are already synchronized very well, all users got WP role and wpForo usergroup. All wpForo usergroups are attached to according WP role and vise versa. You don't need to manage 2 sets of usergroups/permissions. Why you think you have to do this? WP roles works well on WP and on wpForo. wpForo usergroups are just designed for forum specific accesses and permissions and all are already set when you install it.

This caught me off guard...my bad for not researching and assuming.
