Thank you for your help I had played with the moderator settings to disable and enable now all is working. Somehow it fixed itself. 😀

Ok if you were referring to the forum access where I had User group that has been changed to info@gvectors.com

If not can you please let me know specially where to change it?

Please change the usergroup of the user with infogvectors.com email address to admin and let us know. Currently, the user has a registered usergroup.

When clicking on unapproved in the Topic and Moderation it’s not working it says No item found. Yes there was an category that I had reported and the icon Forum and Moderation to the left side still has number 1 on it when clicking those 2 icon those number 1 won’t go away as well. How do I resolve this issue? Thank you.
