Here, I detail my current setup, and it's worth remembering that I'm also leveraging some paid services (cloudflare) to increase the site speed (although the free plan is very good also but does have limits). 

It might be easier for me to just export my WP-Rocket settings rather than detail each option (unless you think that's of benefit). For the record, I'm also a LAMP stack developer, so I can also help with customisation - my site is full of this, and one showcase (if you can call it that) is the recent activity page which I changed from a table layout to DIV and added some custom functions of my own such as tags etc.

It seems that we have rather similar sites in terms of plugins and features. We both use wpForo, Buddypress, Youzer, and wpRocket plugins. But your forum is much faster and responsive overall.

I would appreciate if you can share your wpRocket settings with me, as well as all the changes made in wpForo backend.

As for WP-Rocket, my original points are still 100% valid. I'm running with cloudflare also with absolutely no issues, and no need to exclude the forum URL either. My latest efforts are around the user profile section. I've moved away from ultimate member as I really don't like their pricing model and am currently working with buddypress as a replacement.

Is that all your work with CSS? I was truly amazed, didn't believe that it's WPForo running on your site. Congrats!

About your WPRocket use, about almost two months later can you confirm that combination works still as well?

I have missed that for some reason, i enabled it and it surely makes a difference. LS cache plugin is extremely advanced and works with their webserver closely, so no surprises i guess.

Doing some tests today, i found several interesting things about LiteSpeed cache plugin. I have enabled both minify and combine and it seems to work fine (until now, the day is still young).

What i found ? While i have excluded some pages (wpForo one of them) from Caching, the Page optimization works (minify and combine) for even excluded pages. And that is good.

As for speed differences, i see a few more seconds added BUT by https requests for my home page for example, went from 74 to 30 (comming apparently from the combine of resources).
