just a few hours ago I have deleted all the cookies of my browser & when I went to my website I got this premium content message (login to access his content )
Cookies keep you login, you're logged-out now. Just login and see the content.
thanks for the swift reply, but my problem is that I don't have any premium content I need my forum to be accessed, each time a user goes to my website.

Ok, then find the plugin which doesn't allow to show your forum for not authorized users. This issue doesn't have any relation to wpForo. Some plugin close this page, and it's probably the one mentioned by Tutrix above.
