Insert the below CSS Code in Custom CSS Code Field from Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles Tab:

label.wpforo-legal-checkbox.wpflegal-rules input, label.wpforo-legal-checkbox.wpflegal-email input {
    appearance: auto;
}

I coudnt get rid of the black border by CSS I guess the reason is your website theme.

This captcha with numbers is NOT from wpForo. Nothing to do with wpforo, some other plugin does that. Disable that plugin.
