I don't understand what have you done with your forum and why all these issues happens to you?  wpForo doesn't have ?topic=1449 URLs, please contact to the developer or the one who have done these all and ask him/her who to fix it. This is not the wpForo this is something unknown.

I'm sorry but e don't support the problems caused by unprofessional customization of forum users. I can recommend delete your website and install Wp + wpForo from scratch, this website is totally crashed.
