I recently kept getting this weird error message when I start typing tags in my posts
& I don't know how to fix that, please tell me what's wrong!

It is a hosting issue. Your db is gone from time to time, for some reason.
Let me explain more what happens.
When wpForo tries to connect to your db to suggest the tags, your db goes down.
Have you checked the health of things in wpForo options? Debug etc etc? Db issues? Are they ok?
If they are ok, then it is definitely a hosting issue.
