Thank you for the fast reply. We have deleted the cache items folder and all cache items from the overview. Unfortunately this has not solved the issue over the past week.

We do not currently have any cache plugins or optimizer plugins activated but do have wp super cache inactive.

Please let us know what Cache and Optimizer plugins you use in this website?

Also, please delete the red marked /wp-content/uploads/wpforo/cache/item/ folder using a file manager plugin or FTP access. Then delete all caches in wpForo > Overview admin page (scroll down and click the button), and test it again.

As a bit more follow up it seems that if the user unlikes the post with a bug and relikes the post then the system works correctly. This occurs roughly 1/3 of the interactions for the affected users.

We are having an issue with the like button sporadically not adding reacts correctly for some users:

Normal flow:

X, Y, and Z have reacted

Click on up thumb button - adds name to reacted. If more than 3 people have liked then will show

You, X, Y and 1 other have reacted

Bug Flow

X, Y, and Z reacted

Click on up thumb button - adds name to reacted. If more than 3 people have reacted it is not showing "and 1 other have reacted" but just adding in your name to group of 3 as if only 3 people reacted.
