Here is also a screenshot where one code is taken from the URL you have given and another code is working on another email where the code is also shown in the list on the left.

Other shortcodes are not working. I used exactly the codes shown in the given URL.
But they are not working. Only those shortcodes are working that are shown on the left, and I asked how I can edit those.

Please try it yourself.

For example, When is shown on the left it works inside an email. When there is no on the left, the SAME code does not work in the email.

You cannot edit those, but can use other shortcodes in the templates.

I think I found where the issue lies. It seems only shortcodes that are listed in a specific email template are working. Now the question is, how can I add more shortcode there?
