  • Create a new Forum Access for example "Restricted Access" (disable forum/topic view) in Settings > Forum Accesses Tab
  • Create new Usergroup, for example "Restricted Users" in Forums > Usergroups admin page.
  • Edit forums and in Forum Permission metabox set "Restricted Access" for "Restricted Users" usergroup.
  • Then edit certain user and set "Restricted Users" usergroup.
