We have been trying to get the inactive members to show as active members, but our efforts have not been fruitful.

There was a solution that was proposed here not long ago.
We tried applying it recently but it did not work. (See screenshot below)
 
Currently the forum is showing 59.5k member not long ago it used to display all the 111+k members. But we do not know what happened.

Do you have a better solution you're aware of that can fix this issue?
