Also, you can simply change e.g. ICQ or MSN label of the social network fields to LinkedIn in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page.

I'm sorry, but you cannot add LinkedIn from wpForo settings. 

Please check wpForo – User Custom Fields   addon, it allows to add any fields that you need and manage default profile fields. Also, you'll be able to manage User fields for Registration, Account and Member Search forms.
