I disabled my extensions but it doesn't change anything!

I managed to do this: see 1st screen

But for other recent topics or others I have this error message

What theme can I use because all the themes I have tell me this: "This theme does not support the customization tool. However, you can still activate this theme, and use the site editor to customize it."
Personally I use the "Astra" pro theme
