However i want to give choice to members to add topic even outside forum. for example refer this page

I'm sorry but there is no way to add a topic outside of the forum.

Is there any way wherein i can get a short code to Add topic? Once anyone click on Add Topic, it should open a dialogue box listing all the forums in drop down.

e.g. i am on page https://financeinme.com/community/qatar-corporatelaw/

when anyone want to add a topic to this page, they need to go to this page and then click add topic and topic will be added to this page.
