You could make a forum notice to that effect in the forum dashboard - Tools/Misc

Hi Guys,

I dont want my forum to be public for people that are not registered. I followed these steps here: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/want-forum-visible-for-logged-in-users-only/

Everything is working as planned, but on the homepage it shows an empty shell. Is there a way to ask people to login for the non-savvy users?
