Hi,

Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug and check all tabs.

In Tables Tab make sure there are no Database Issues
In Errors & Issues Tab check if there are some errors

Black screen issues are preventing me from accessing my forum after updating the wpForo plugin. As soon as I try to view the forum page on my site, the screen goes completely black, and no content is displayed. The rest of my WordPress site is working fine, so the issue seems isolated to wpForo.

Here’s what I have tried so far,Clearing my browser cache and cookies Disabling other plugins to check for conflicts.Switching to a default WordPress theme to rule out theme-related issues.

Iam using WordPress version 6.2 and wpForo version 2.1.8. Has anyone else encountered this black screen problem? Could it be related to plugin settings, or is there something I’m missing? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
