Hi @guerano,

I think some users have multiple user roles or the user role information is missing in the database. In other words the users data are crashed. In this case wpForo doesn't grant any usergroup so they stay unsynced.

This issue should be checked in the database and fixed with SQL queries. You should use phpMyAdmin plugin or the same tool in your hosting dashboard and check groupid field of the wp_wpforo_profiles table. Check and make sure there is no row with "0" value. if there are such rows, you should update them to "3".

Also, you should press the and buttons in wpForo > Overview admin page.

Dear Staff:

My website has 188 members(Subscriber).

I installed your great wpforo, and click the "Synchronize" button.

All subscribers(Role) become "Registered",but very strangely, some subscribers can read forum, others can't.

I checked Wordpress->User--> "Forum Profile Fields - wpForo"--> "Forum - Usergroup" and found that some of the subscribers are "Registered" but others show "synced with user role".

Subscribers are all "Registered" in the usergroup, but some are "Registered" in the Wordpress->User--> "Forum Profile Fields - wpForo"--> "Forum - Usergroup",others are "synced with user role".

Subscribers with "synced with user role" can not read the forum(no access).

I can change their role and usergroup to solve this issue because I have few subscribers.

But I wanna ask you that it is my mistake or maybe just a bug?

Thank you very much.
