                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Using a cache plugin (all of them, i have tried them all) works up to a point with wpForo.  Several functions do not "show" correctly for VISITORS (not logged), like online users, post views etc etc.</p><p>And there is NO solution to that. Either you live with those restrictions, or you exclude wpforo page from your caching plugin.</p><p>IMHO wpForo must find some ways to better work with popular FREE cache plugins, like Automattic's WP Super Cache. And to be fair, wpFpro latest versions <em><strong>are</strong></em> much friendlier to caching plugins (apparently wpForo use some WP hooks), still not 100%.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Seems 'Replies' and 'Views' counter should be excluded from the cache.</p>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If it doesn't affect wpForo functions you can leave it for forum too. In case it does, you should remove it. Only image attachments affect page speed, but these images are cached in your local browser and PC, they are not being loaded each time you open the page (only first time), so I don't think the caching is extremely important here. Browsers are already solve this issue. I think the same is with emoticons. Others are cached by wpForo and works well.</p>]]></content:encoded>

I mean this is done in wpForo built-in cache. if you use other cache plugins you should exclude wpForo page, e.g.: /community/* from your cache plugin. All cache plugins have options to exclude certain page. wpForo has builtin cache system, it doesn't need other plugin caching.</p>]]></content:encoded>

Do we have something configured incorrectly? </p><p>If I get a notification that a new topic or post was created, I should be able to click the link and see the post.
