The main reason for the issue is that the files are not available by URLs. Once the files will be available via URLs all will work fine. The differences between the Advanced Attachment enable or not is the following. If the Advanced Attachment is disabled the images are just a clickable link. So to see the images you'll need to click the URL and it'll open the images. When the Advanced Attachment is enabled, the old attachments are being displayed with   <img src =""> tag and the lightbox.

Currently, in your case, the files are not available via URLs, so it cannot display the <img> tag properly, as far as the src attribute is not correct.

We guess there is a conflict with the .htaccess file. So we recommend you to contact your hosting support and let them know about the issue.

I am afraid that the issue is related to the application itself and you need to contact a professional developer who has the knowledge to investigate the case further and provide you with a permanent solution. Of course, if there is a change we could apply on the server side, we would be more than glad to do it on your behalf but in this case, the issue at hand is going beyond our scope of support related to server-side problems.

After i disable Advanced Attachments Add-on the files become accessible in post as a button, but i remember they were displaying.

Now why this happen i don't get, maybe the new update has some conflict with this add-on?!

All the files are there nothing was removed see screenshot.

I went and renamed htaccess then created new it had only WP code, did refresh and purge cache but it was same, i even try other browser and no result!

I m going to try disable all plugins and test again, will post back soon.

P.s. i recently added a custom code from GVectors support related to Cross-Posting addon, could it cause anything like this?

Please check and make sure if the file/image exists via the FTP client.
Then update (delete and create again) the .htaccess file to regenerate the accesses and check again.

Please go to the Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables tab, and if there is the problem found in the Database, please click on the "Solve database problems" button and check again.

Yes i did that 3 times there are no errors, i went and did again search replace in database because there were still wrong domain but that did not solved, i can't understand what makes them to embed.

Does wpForo Embeds settings have anything to do with this or that has no influence on wpForo attachment links?

When i edit the post i see the links are there proper but doing update nothing shows only small empty squares ass in my my screenshot.
