They are awesome. It was so simple. I missed this a hundred times. I thought this was in phrases, but it was not. It was in the WpForo "Member Fields" > "Fields Manager Area" area. The link explains this.

Here you can manage fields settings (label, description, placeholder, icons...) and add/remove custom fields. This is a field manager page

  • Thanks @tutrix   but unloaded W3 plug-in cache excluded wp40 files as instructed. And then run the cache. I know how to look at the source code, but I have no idea what I am looking for. You have a lot of knowledge. I wish I had that knowledge.
