Instead of Views & Posts (which is easy to 'display: none;'), I want to list the Participant's (not the author's) name, title, and company name on the main topic pagenext to their avatar. Each topic will be internally generated and I will have a different 'special guest/participant answering each topic (hence there will only be one participant for each topic).

Is there a way to do this by pulling their info from their wpForo profile page?
