This is either your browser cache or the cache plugin you use. This is not wpForo issue. Just clear your browser cache and all will be ok.

If you have a cache plugin, make sure wpForo is excluded from that plugin: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

If you have a CDN, then purge it.

What caching for Wordpess you are talking about? No caching for wpForo.

Hi, its been a week but the profile picture of my user is not changing to the updated one.

I already tried clearing cache both the wordpress cache plugin I use and in the wpForo but nothing change.
