We've already added in our to-do list to insert "Add a comment" button under the comment section. Please wait for the next update.

We have many comments on a topic. To answer the question, we need to scroll up and click on "add a comment". Or we have to look for the answer that should be commented.
Is it possible to place the comment button in the last comment field directly below it?
