It was a plugin called

"Qoate Simple Code Snippets". This is very old an not even available on Wordpress anymore.

But you maybe also add this to you list of plugins which breaks your plugin.

Directly after installation my layout already looks quite destroyed because the feeds are not at the right place and also in the menu is a strange additional bar:
