Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page, search for "You do not have permission to view this page" phrase. Then edit and change it. If the phrase doesn't exist, use the button above, insert "You do not have permission to view this page" as Phrase Key and your Phrase as a value.

I like to add the message in the area of showing the warning mesaage like in the screenshot You do not have permission to view this page .
