I'm sorry, but wpForo doesn't have that option for the Forum, wpForo PM addon has a similar option for PM.

I am just wondering if in wpForo there is a tag like on facebook such as '@everyone' that can be used in a forum, so that when you use it everyone in the community will be notified as if they were tagged?
