I'm getting fatal error: cache.php on line 346 (please see attached screenshot) when plugin auto updates to version 2.2.4,

my current PHP version is 7.4.33 - We've tried to update site php to 3 separate 8.+ versions with no effect as while doing so, other plugins show errors (including woffice plugin / theme errors), please advise? thanks
