Several problems that could be the source of your problem:

1. Press F12 and see how many js and other errors you have (several). And fix them.

2. You use W3TC with wpForo with DB caching also. W3TC is a plugin that create only problems, especially if db caching is also enabled. At LEAST exclude wpForo pages from W3TC. At least means i would probably remove that cache plugin alltogether and use some normal cache plugin (still wpForo should be excluded).

3. A debug.log could be helpful also if debug is enabled.

We've checked and it seems, it's working fine. Could you please tell me a little more about the issue? And when exactly are you running into this error?

File Upload Not Working

Can you take a look and see why my File Uploading capability is not working? I have tested on two browsers and have disabled all plugins to avoid any conflicts, but it still will not work.

To recreate the problem, please create a profile and attempt to attach a file. (Insert images works, but file attachment does not work)
