I rewrite Phrases in option, translate to cz lang. After plugin update phrases changes still be lost or better i need to save? Thanks for answers. Don't worry, all phrases will stay the same, you'll not loos those. But I recommend translate plugin using POT translation file or wpForo Phrase XML file.
