Its this plugin, WHen i deactivate it site works as a guest, When I re Activate noting appears as guest,

I need to keep this plugin enabled it has a huge impact on my site, Is there a way around this?

Logged in as a registered user all the forums show up, 
This is a fresh install of this forum I am just trying to build,

But nothing shows when viewing it as a guest not logged in. 

any help really appreciated as I would really love to integrate this forum into my site,
