I have broken the structure of the forum. After adjusting, I press the save structure button, but nothing happens. The structure of the forum is not preserved.

I tried to delete the cache, but nothing happens either. I can not save changes to the structure of the forum and its hierarchy.

Hi @romanart

Here's the documentation on Categories and Forums:

https://wpforo.com/docs/root/categories-and-forums/category-vs-forums/

When you make changes to the order of the Categories (Blue Bar) and the Forums (under the Blue Bar), always remember to scroll way down, and click the "Save Forums Order and Hierarchy" button.

When you make changes to the Forum Options or Forum Permissions of the specific Categories  or specific Forums (under the Blue Bar), always remember to click the "Update" button.

It might also help if you take a screenshot of the issue that you are having, what type of Forum Layout you are using (if it's Threaded, or Extended or Simplified Layout, which you can find in the Forum Category) and then post it here so the Support Team or other Community Members might be able to help. Good luck.  🙂

I have created over 380 forums. If I change the structure and hierarchy of the forums that are located on top of the page, then when I click on the "save structure ..." button, the structure of the forums remains. But if I need to change the structure of the forums located at the end of the list, the save button does not work.

380 forums is not what you should do. Nobody has 380 forums.

Hi @romanart,

I'd also suggest you check out the following support topic:

Sofy, why don't you make a brief "debug guide" pinned in the support forums ?

I mean most of the problems i see have to do with conflicts, cache plugins problems, JS errors. And we all repeat the very same things, again and again.
