It's weird how the wpforo sidebar doesn't have any controllable characteristics. Can I not set the sidebar to a width of say 400px?

One last request please – can you please just give me the css to please reduce the point size of these elements so that the site at least looks semi decent until I get a chance to investigate the width issues?
