The site is not using any cache plugin. Also the site does not have the reCAPTCHA plugin already installed. When registering a new user or adding comment the reCAPTCHA "I'm not a robot" checkbox does not show. I have the reCAPTCHA security level set to high. 

Why is reCAPTCHA not working. For security reasons I cannot post a link to the website. Can I contact someone from support through personal email please in order to share a link to the site?
