In any case, please try opening the database and checking if the forum, topics, or posts exist in the database tables.

I recently updated my website and it seems like all my wpforo settings are set back to their original position and my forum page is now completely empty. I tried contacting the wp foro team via e-mail to recieve some support but have not heard back from them.

Could you please help me get back my settings and forum?
