I don't think you've done the correct configuration. Or maybe you have a cache plugin, and you still see the cache. In case you have a cache plugin you should exclude wpForo forum page from your cache plugin using this instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
