Again that can be configured with Forum Access, Usergroups, and Forum Permissions.

Users Forum Access in the QA Forum should have:

  • Can create topic - Enabled
  • Can reply to own topic - Enabled
  • Can post reply - Disabled

So, other User won't be able to post reply in a Topic that they hadn't created.

Doctors/Practitioners Forum Access in the QA Forum should have: Can post reply - Enabled

My use case: when a member ask a question, I wish only Doctors could answer the question, and others (only members) were only able to view.
