Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles admin page put the following CSS code in the "Custom CSS code" textare, to hide those options:

.wpforo-action-buttons-wrap .wpforo-solved, .wpforo-action-buttons-wrap .wpforo-sticky, .wpforo-action-buttons-wrap .wpforo-private, .wpforo-action-buttons-wrap
.wpforo-close, .wpforo-action-buttons-wrap .wpforo-report, .wpforo-action-buttons-wrap .wpforo-delete{
   display: none !important;
}

Don't forget to delete all cached and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend before checking.
