I don't think that they are still bing indexed. Just view the source of one profile page and find the corresponding meta tag:

So the robot.txt file is not necessary.

I set it in the settings so that the user profile is not indexed. But the user profile is still indexed by search engines!

(I've attached a screenshot of the settings!)

Today in the "robots" file I set: Disallow: /user/

But it seems to me that the user profile is still indexed!
