Make sure the forum page URL is identical with Forum Base URL. The forum base URL is located in Settings > General Tab > Forum Base URL option. If the Base URL doesn't have trailing slash "/" (at the end of URL), try to add it. if it already has this slash try to remove.

If it still doesn't work, please send admin login details to supportgvectors.com email address, we'll check and find the problem.
