Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles admin page put the following CSS code in the "Custom CSS code"textare:

.wpforo-profile svg {
   display: none !important;
}

Please don't forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend before checking.

@alvina I think u can´t see this error cause maybe u need to stay login as administrator atleast but here u have. Login and look if it happens to you.
