It sends email very well, however they go to spam-box. Your server IP or your domain is not trusted. Or you should install and configure some SMTP plugin to get more trust. In any case this has no any relation to wpForo. wpForo is based on WordPress registration and email sending functions.

The problem now, its that some of my users (the most) dont receive the email with the link for setting pasword.

 

(the email for setting password is not even in spam)
