Some of your active plugins change the HTML structure of the select HTML tag and messed all styles. As far as I understand the WooCommers plugins make this changes. Probably there are some settings on WooCommers plugins that allows changing this behavior.
Please see the first screnshot, here is the correct HTML structure of select tag:

On the second screenshot, you can see how the styles are messed by another plugin. There are additional <span> tags.
